Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from Lot 3. When you receive your item, try it out: if it’s not perfect for any reason, we’ll gladly accept returns for all items purchased online for a refund, store credit, or exchange (subject to product availability) within 30 days of delivery.

Many of our items sell out quickly. If the item you have requested for an exchange is unavailable, don’t worry. We will promptly contact you and do everything we can to get you something you love, in a size that fits.

Please keep in mind that all returned and exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without alterations. Sale items, food, gift cards, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To process a refund or exchange for gifted items, we require proof of purchase in the form of either an original order number or original customer's account information.

Please expect 3-7 business days for return shipping and processing. After your refund has been processed by us, please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to credit the funds back to your account. Refund times vary. Contact your financial institution for more information.
